Refund Policy:
a. Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, there will be no refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances.
b. If you believe you have a valid reason for requesting a refund, such as a defect in the product or an error on our part, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will replace the defective part.
c. Our customer support team at vbazaar@iripl.in will assess the situation and may request additional information or evidence to process your refund request.
d. Refunds will be provided at the discretion of VendorBazaar and the refund amount will be determined based on the specific circumstances such as by reducing the 2 way shipping cost and service cost. And this will be executed within 7 working days.
e. There will be no refund in items like cement, steel, timber, bricks, blocks, M sand, P sand the items added to from time to time. If you are in doubt please call customer services number 6364417222 before making purchase
