Refund Policy

• Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued except in extenuating circumstances.
• If you believe you have a valid reason for requesting a refund (such as a defective product or an error on our part), please contact customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order. Defective items may be replaced.
• Our customer support team (vbazaar@iripl.in) may request additional details or evidence before processing a refund.
• Refunds are issued at the discretion of VendorBazaar. The refund amount may be reduced after deducting two-way shipping and service costs. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
• No refunds are applicable for items such as cement, steel, timber, bricks, blocks, M sand, P sand, and other similar products. Please contact customer support at 6364417222 before purchasing if you are unsure.
