We are responsible for what we sell. Eligible products such as soft furnishings and accessories/decor items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Products can be returned only in case of manufacturing defects or damaged delivery. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via phone, email, or the VendorBazaar website/app.
Items purchased using coupons, discounts, limited-time offers, or deals are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Gift vouchers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
Courier-based returns will incur standard pickup and drop charges. Exchanges are allowed only for products of the same value, subject to stock availability.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Items excluded from return include: cement, steel, bricks, timber, blocks, M sand, P sand, and other construction materials.
