We stand behind the quality of our products. This policy outlines the conditions under which items can be returned and how refunds are processed.
Products can only be returned in case of manufacturing defects or damaged delivery. The issue must be reported within 48 hours via phone, email, or the VendorBazaar website/app.
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
Exchanges are allowed only for products of the same value, subject to stock availability. Courier-based returns will incur standard pickup and drop charges.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Items purchased using coupons, discounts, limited-time offers, or deals are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Gift vouchers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
